My diet diary

Everyday I am more unsatisfied with my body and specially my belly that got a bit bigger than before. It's going to be now or never and I still have time to get into my summer clothes I have, just waiting for me...
This Sunday , it will be my first step and due to my researches, I will consider doing my own diet  based in what I like and what is easy to buy and find on the market. Diet doesn't means lot's a money or suffering by eating just boring soups everyday..

I really need to motivate myself to get through this and one of the things I should keep in mind is:

  • Feel lighter and with energy
  • Slim down to control the hormones change I have been facing those 4 years
  • Feel good and confident to wear a bikini and my clothes
  • Love more myself and my healthy
Things I must avoid this May:
  • cake
  • chips
  • too much chocolate
I must commit myself to write down on my blog all the things I ate during the day, everyday. this surely make me guide to what I am eating during this month, ok let's start by posting what I should eat from now.

BreakFast
  • 2 Swedish flatbröd
  • 2 slice of chocolate
  • Coffee and milk
  • 1 small banana
Lunch
  • 7 spoon of sauce beans
  • 1 cup of cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 orange
Dinner
  • 7 spoon of beans
  • 1 cup of cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrot
  • orange
Night snack
  • 1 cup of tea
  • 30g dark chocolate
Drink min 2 liters water during the day and vary the beans with legumes and leaves.
